Prices are shown in EUR. You should not experience any issues paying in this currency on PayPal, even if you use a different currency.
However, if you prefer to pay in USD, please check the current exchange rate before making your payment to ensure that you pay the correct amount corresponding to the EUR amount.
Pricing details
Additional fees & Payment terms- An additional +20% fee applies if you require a 3MF file for multicolor printing.
- An additional +25% fee applies if you request split parts with keys/locks/magnets for Fanart / Original Character / Diorama
- Commisions are for personal use only. An additional +40% fee applies if you require a commercial license to sell your physical prints.

- Each surcharge is calculated on the base price of the commission and then added together.Example:
Base price: โฌ200
+20% (3MF)= 0.20 x 200 = โฌ40
+25% fee (split parts) = 0.25 x 200 = โฌ50
Total surcharges = 40 + 50 = โฌ90
Final price = 200 + 90 = โฌ290
The final price of the commission will be agreed upon separately.Payment terms:
- A 50% deposit of the total commission is required before work begins. Work will start only after the deposit has been received.
- The remaining 50% is due upon delivery of the final files. Final files will be released only after receipt of full payment.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Deposit policy: the deposit is refundable only if the client cancels before any work has started, minus a processing fee of โฌ30. Once work has begun the deposit becomes non-refundable.Cancellation after work has started: if the client cancels after work has begun, a partial refund may be issued based on the amount of work completed. The value of work completed is calculated pro-rata (hours spent รท estimated total hours ร base price).
Any refund will be: deposit paid โ value of work completed (if positive). If the value of work completed is equal to or greater than the deposit, no refund will be issued.By commissioning, the client acknowledges and accepts these terms.
